1. Services
Jorbox LLC ("we", "us") provides web hosting, domain registration, website design and development, and digital marketing services. The scope of any engagement is defined in your invoice or signed statement of work.
2. Fees and payment
Fees are billed monthly, annually, or per project as agreed. Invoices are due on receipt. Unpaid accounts beyond 14 days may be suspended. Refunds available within 30 days for hosting; domain registrations are non-refundable once submitted to the registry.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our hosting for: spam, malware distribution, phishing, piracy, illegal content, or resource abuse. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in violation.
4. Uptime
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Credits for downtime beyond that are available on request. No SLA applies to planned maintenance, third-party DNS failures, or force majeure events.
5. Intellectual property
On paid engagements, you own the final deliverables. We retain rights to reusable components and frameworks we bring to the project.
6. Confidentiality
We treat non-public information you share with us as confidential. We'll sign mutual NDAs on request.
7. Liability
Our liability on any engagement is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party can terminate with 30 days' written notice. On termination, we'll help you migrate data, close accounts, and transfer domains. No data is held hostage — ever.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Disputes resolved in courts in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active customers at least 30 days before they take effect.
