Most companies our age have been acquired, pivoted, or quietly shut down. We've avoided that by keeping the team small, the margins reasonable, and the work interesting enough that nobody wants to leave.
The flip side: we don't ship products to chase trends. Every brand we own solves a specific problem we cared enough about to maintain for a decade. That's the bar.
